On December 3, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attends the Ceremony of Recognizing Students of the International Olympic Games and Excellent Students for the National High School Examination in 2016, sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Training Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee celebrated the 40 international students who won the International Olympic Games and the best students in the National High School’s 2016 national exam. Among the eight students who won the International Olympic Gold Medal Award Three students were honored to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President, five students received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister. Honored students receive the 3rd Class Labor Medal for two consecutive years (2015-2016) winning the International Olympic Medal.
